FAQ

Common questions

Who do you work with?

UK and European manufacturers, renewable-energy businesses, start-ups, research organisations, and small businesses, entrepreneurs and artisans who need specialist engineering, sustainability or international trade advice.

How are your services priced?

Each project is quoted individually after a scoping call. You receive a written proposal with a fixed scope and fee, and we invoice against agreed deliverables.

Can you advise my business on international markets for sustainable products?

Yes. Our international trade consultancy advises fair-trade and green businesses, including small businesses, entrepreneurs and artisans, on entering markets in the UK, Europe and Latin America: supplier and certification assessment, fair-trade and zero-waste standards, UK product and labelling rules, and market research. We provide advice only. We do not buy, sell, import or ship goods, and we do not handle client payments.

Can you help with grant funding?

Yes. We prepare technical sections, work packages and budgets for schemes such as Innovate UK, Knowledge Transfer Partnerships and Horizon Europe.

Will my information stay confidential?

Yes. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before any technical discussion.
